Really great yoga class! It was very informative and I learned a lot. The teacher gave many helpful and interesting instructions, and the atmosphere was also very relaxing. I felt refreshed afterwards. I would definitely recommend this class!

I've been coming to Holon for over 3 years now. I've tried all the different classes and enjoy every one, attending as much as possible.
Emily is extremely knowledgeable about everything yoga and teaches us new little gems every week. Sonja teaches once a week and has a faster Hatha flow class. Both excellent teachers. There's more to yoga than the asanas and breathing techniques, it's a lifestyle.
